I remember when my little ones started feeling a little independent. "Do it myself", they would say. It's cute to hear them. It is also a good sign. They are starting on the road to being their own person. Of course there are times when we have to stifle a self sufficiency thought. But overall, it's great!
Some day our Caleb will be an adult. His parent's aim is to instill in him the tools to be a good Christian citizen, loved and loving, dependable and not dependent. He's on his way. What a cutie he is!
