Home Schooling

What a cool new sled! Caleb and his family were able to  spend some time sledding on his birthday. They are a close family and it was good to be together.

In the news is a German homeschooling family, who has been seeking asylum in the states will be allowed to stay in the country.  They were represented by the chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association. The mother and father were both music teachers in Germany and left the country when they were being forced to send their five children to public school.  The family is the first to get asylum based on the protection of homeschooling rights.

I pray that we will continue to protect that right, considering that some of our public schools have become nothing more than indoctrination centers in recent years.
