Caleb is lacking the practice in pedaling that he will need to get his first bamboo bicycle, so he can go riding with the family. He knows how to balance a bicycle, having learned that last year. But he hadn't learned to get those pedals moving. When he can put the pedaling and balancing together he'll be ready to go.
