I had run low on grandchildren photos and as you know have been posting layouts about Ron. But this evening I was blessed to get a large selection of photos taken at a pumpkin farm. If all goes well, you will see some layouts soon. Tonight I have a layout without a photo of anyone, but I love it anyway. I've used a post from our daughter-in-law's FaceBook about Julia's new shoes.

As we age, we like to sit more. Ron enjoys sitting on the swing now and he does it almost daily. I like it as well. It is usually pleasant there with a gentle breeze, a little shade from the hot sun and most of all a beautiful view. However, I can't sit in one place very long. I need to move around. Ron takes Maggie with him for company and she loves it. This day in September, I got a picture of them before going back to the house, leaving them to relax a while longer.

Ava had a really extended birthday this year, since she celebrated when her grandpa was here as well as on her actual birthday. The pictures today are from her actual birthday August 17. We missed all the celebrations due to our having Covid at an inconvenient time. It's good to at least have pictures.

Ron discovered Duluth Trading company and fell in love with their clothing... I can't think of any other words to describe how much he really likes the way they fit and his comfort and the fabrics and the number of pockets to hold different things, etc. There is no turning back. He is a Duluth man! They should pay him to advertise.

While Tim and Kathy were here in August, they got to do some boating. Here is Captian Tim with his granddaughter and our great granddaughter Ava.
