The layout says it all. Black Friday got ignored here today.

This picture was taken October 11. We met April and her husband Tim for Thanksgiving dinner today. We chose a Cracker Barrel 1/2 way between us, so it was only an hour drive for each of us. She brought me the pictures of those plaques because I wanted that information before doing this layout. It was a beautiful day for a drive and it was nice to get to visit with them, especially Tim, because it had been quite a while since we had seen him.

Here we are, RIGHT HERE! We are the northern branch of ORU. ORU was originally started here in Ohio. We are church friends who have become very close. We think alike and enjoy each other's company! Sadly half of us have moved south to Texas, Arizona and Florida. Pictured here is our group which is still here in the cold, plus Robin who was driven from Florida by hurricane Ian. We are thankful that she was not there when the storm hit, but in Chicago with a daughter. And of course we are glad to have her here with us for a while.

April had the opportunity to visit the Gaylord Opryland resort and convention Center in Nashville, TN in October. Thought I'd match her scarf and the red white and blue horse with patriotic type deco.

Puppies are a dalight. You can see it in Brittanie's eyes. She loves Kloe already.

This was from our little day trip to Berlin in October. One of my favorite things to see there are the horses and buggies. In the summer, I would like to travel around like that for a few days.

This old lady follows me everywhere. What should I do???
