I've read that there are waves of Monarch Butterflies that fly through that Horsetooth Mountain area in October each year. Millions of these butterflies fly up to three thousand miles from Canada to Mexico through this area. The trip takes them 2 months. They huddle together as they are cold. In the spring, they begin their return to Mexico the second week of March. There are no other butterflies that fly that far.

The Rainforest Cafe in Niagara Falls is quite nice. These pictures were taken out front on the sidewalk.

This is one place that is not too far from us here in OH, that I have not visited. I'm glad they did and took pictures. These were taken the evening they arrived after visitng Niagara Falls in New York.

Kendal is our great granddaughter and she is GREAT fun. So sorry we've not been able to see her in person yet. So glad for all the pictures.

So glad the kids were able to do this. It is something they won't forget.
