Let Her Eat Cake
The birthday girl gets the first piece of cheesecake. Yes, she liked it. It's a Happy Birthday.
Julia is 4 years old. Hopefully next year, she will be able to share this special time with some friends. But meanwhile, for a Pandemic Birthday this was GREAT.

Hours, Days, Weeks, Months
Time is running together. Some are having trouble keeping track of what day it is. I still have a schedule, so that has not happened to me, but I am still into wasting time in ways that I wouldn't ordinarily. Most of us are like that now.
Ashley follows in the path of her mother and grandmother in some ways, for example, she likes puzzles. The only thing different is, she now has time to do them. So here she is placing piece by piece...

This and That
When Brittanie took Ava to Florida in March, she was able to spend some time with her Uncle Brandon and his 'family'. They had some fun at Pirates' Cove.
Just today I got this news from Chelle about our grandson Mason. The NSA Choral Conservatory put together one of these to honor each senior. This is our handsome Mason. Congratulations Mason!

Restaurants Closed
On March 26, Chelle and Greg 'celebrated' their anniversary. So what does one do in a case like this? There has not be a precedence set over the years. That just hasn't happened before.
Well Chelle and Greg got creative. They decided since this year was so different, they would spend every minute together at home for 14 days.
It must have worked. I haven't heard otherwise.

Florida
I have to admit that Florida is looking better all the time. Of course that may be because I haven't been there in summer for a long time, maybe never.
This picture was taken in mid March as the pandemic took hold. So glad Brittanie and Ava are back home safely, but also happy they got to visit and enjoy their family, Tim, Brittanie's dad and her brother Brandon.

Stay at Home Zoomers
This is what is written on the layout:
Home bound, like everyone else in this Pandemic...ORU finds encouragement as we strive to keep our friends close to our hearts. Meeting online through ZOOM, we have discovered we can stay close to one another, even across state lines and time zones. This is something we’d like to continue once things go back to ‘normal’.
Thank you Kalai for the idea and your access to professional zoom ‘no time limit’.
