This was the day Bernie came to live with his new family. It was a joyful day all around. He loved them and they loved him. They still do.

While Chelle has been pretty much house bound, she has had extra time on her hands. She's pretty much off her feet most of the time. She had a great idea and made herself a costume for Halloween. Chelle is ready!

I've been so busy that I didn't get this sweet picture in a layout until this week. She is one and I still have not been able to see her in person. Sad!

This was from August 8. Things have improved very much since then. She got a great report from her doctor today. Hallelujah, Praise God. We are now praying for a complete recovery.

Jumping from July to September, John's family has their new member, Bernie, hiking with them at Horsetooth Mountain in Colorado.
