As you may have read here, our granddaughter, Lauren is a very busy girl. Here she is flanked by friends at Cross Fit where she spends lots of time to keep herself fit and strong.
Below are pictures of her at 13, I believe. She was already fit, but she has grown much stronger.
We are proud of her.
