Can't remember what, if anything, I posted for Valentine's Day. It was a busy day here...oh yes, Ron polished the floor for me and I bought him a sweater...that he has worn practically every day since.
This is my Valentine. This is Ron's Valentine. We both love this little dog who cheers us everyday with her wagginess, her cold kisses, her cuddles. We need a lot of cheering to keep us out of the pit of despair. Yes, we know that is what God does for us. And I believe that he works through others and even through dogs.
At the same time, we are of no use to the Ukrainians, our president is threatening Israel. We want Netanyahu to agree to a peace agreement which the US has proposed. Well at least we have set the framework for a peace agreement.
One might wonder why our priorities are so skewed. It isn't so hard to understand if you first believe that the aim is not to strengthen our country, but to cripple it, to bankrupt it, to destroy it.
And by the way, Sarah Palin predicted this invasion in 2008. She has said that the Obama administration's response has made President Putin more bold. She told us so.
I quote her 2008 statement: "After the Russian Army invaded the nation of Georgia, Senator Obama's reaction was one of indecision and moral equivalence, the kind of response that would only encourage Russian' Putin to invade Ukraine next."
