There is probably a program out there that does a good job of catching a still picture from a video. I do not have one, but find more and more that I need one.
Every once in a while, I receive a video from one of the kids.
The second picture here is one of those stills taken from the video. I've never gotten them to look really good. They are usually quite blurry. And such is the case with this one. I am certainly glad she took some stills as well.
