Laughing Buck Farm is a wonderful place for the kids of Fort Collins. They have so many learning activities during the year. This year they provided a lot of autumn fun. They dressed up their farm friends for Halloween. They made leaf ghosts and dolls, they carved pumpkins and this day they painted gourds.
I myself am quite ignorant of gourds. We never raised them, I've never cooked them. I've never even seen anything like this one before. But I love this picture of Oliver with this big brightly colored one.
