Caleb came upon this tractor at the farm. Oh joyous day.  He has been on it before and I'm sure that when he goes back to the city farm, he will be up there again.

No matter how many times he gets up there, the tractor is not going to move.  I suppose he knows that.

No matter how many times our government throws money at people, they will still get the same results.
