Pumpkins and a Bale of Hay

Caleb was sick several days leading up to Halloween, but he seemed to enjoy the activities he did get to attend...like farm class.

There are still those of you who have not yet decided for whom to vote or even if you will vote. I am here to encourage you to pray about it and then to vote. Polls are saying it is close.  That is hard for me to believe at times, however it certainly could be. This election may be the most important one ever for our country. It could mean heading straight to the left or turning back on the road to recovery and freedom.

In my mail today was this quote from Samuel Adams back in 1781.  "Let each citizen remember at the moment he is offering his vote that he is not making a present or a compliment to please an individual- or at least that he ought not so to do: but that he is executing one of the most solemn trusts in human society for which he is accountable to God and his country."

This is our 37th Day of prayer for this coming election on Tuesday. Please pray for God's guidance and for the well being of  all those on the east coast who are suffering loss.

Please join Mitt Romney and thousands of other Americans in supporting storm victims.

Yesterday, Mitt made the following statement: "We have heavy hearts, as you know, with all the suffering going on. There are a lot of people who were hurting this morning, who were hurting last night. The generosity of the American people touches my heart."
