Sunday night, the 28th of October, was the night for Trunk or Treat at the triplet's church. All three dressed as characters of video game fame. Ashley went as Princess Zelda from the Legend of Zelda. Mason and Aussie were characters from Minecraft. You may not have guessed, but the two boys are the big boxy guys. Ashley is on your left and their friend Edie is in the middle.
A little observation...it could be good or bad. You decide.
It would take a lot to 'fly under the radar' with cell phones having GPS and email accounts easily identifiable and the omni revealing FaceBook. The government can not only know where you are, but know who all your family members, friends and acquaintances are, and where to find them. And now 'they' even know you out on the street where they have cameras at many intersections. They can run those pics through computers and identify you quickly. They can watch your home from satellite. Even walking in the woods they know what color you are and your approximate age.
It could be said that these kids are 'selfless' in these costumes. At least they are trying to be something they are not. And they are being deferential, sharing their treats evenly.
However, that is not the habit of many people, especially these days, when many are selfish. Many of those who have do not wish to share and many who 'have not' as much, want what has not been handed over to them. Both are in an improper position. Both are not practicing Biblical ways. Romans 12:10 says," Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves."
Designer's Prerogative : Got up this morning, checked into www.scrapgirls.com, noticed a collection by Kim Meeder called Lovin' Life with Halloween type colors, looked it up on my computer (Oh yes, I have it.) thought of the layout I made last night, opened it in PSE, added a green heart, liked the affect. Here it is...
