The triplets are eleven and pretty clever. They asked Chelle to stay upstairs for an hour while they prepared for her party. At the end of that time, she came down to a scrumptious dessert and a poster that was cute as can be. You can click on the picture of the layout above and read it.
And speaking of clever youth, it took three 20 year olds a couple of nights, at no cost to the taxpayers, to build what the government spent at least $394 million trying to do. After failing to meet the deadline, the feds failed to deliver. Check it out here.
