I glanced up from the computer and something caught my sight just outside the window. You've seen it before. It is the bird feeder that hangs merely 2 feet from the house.
This sparrow was WATCHING ME. Or at least I like to think he was. Actually though, it is a triple pane window which one can not see through from the outside, except at night when a light is on indoors. He was watching himself as in a mirror. Quite remarkable. He must have thought it was another bird, but he spent a lot of time looking, and never making any overtures of friendship.
